Jesus Irritated

But I know that you do not have the love of God in you.  I have come in My Father’s name, and you do not accept Me, if another comes in his own name you will accept him.  John 5:42-43

Can you imagine!  The Son of the Living God, the abundance of Pure Love, was standing in their very presence and this small group openly reject the Savior Of The World. How very very sad.

We see later that one of their own cliche, Nichodemus, comes to Jesus in the middle of the night to openly discuss the right way of faith and Nicodemus is countlessly blessed, and so are we, as he understands and accepts Jesus Way of New Birth.  To come into Jesus’ Holy Presence you simply become born from above by the New Birth.

Jesus is irritated and later weeps for those He called Jerusalem.  We may also be weeping with Jesus today for those who neglect to love Him, heart-broken for these today who are apart from Him.   Separate from Him one is just getting by, and as irritating as that is, it is up to us to work in tandem to bring each and every person into His Loving Presence to experience abundant living in Him.
