— in our own languages we hear them speaking about God’s deeds of power. All were amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “What does this mean?” Acts 2:12

God’s deeds of power are mighty:  at creation when God and Jesus formed the world and us, His call to Moses to lead the Israelites out of slavery and He guides them, to Abraham and Sarah from whom he made a Nation of people to love and honor Him, and His power found in the prophets and events of His covenant people, and gifting us with His Son Jesus, the Passion of Christ, and Resurrection.

The people at Pentecost hear Holy Spirit clearly speaking God’s marvelous deeds of power and they shout out what they are hearing.  They cannot help but shout glorious events which are fulfilled in Jesus Christ!

God speaks through these believers of His promise to send a Messiah and Spirit tells them Jesus of Nazareth is God’s Son, our Savior.  Holy Spirit speaks that Jesus was with God in the beginning, came into this world to live among us, died and rose from the deat to give us abundant life!  Spirit says that God has promised He will resurrect His people who have died, and will die, and Jesus Resurrected fulfilled this promise.

Look for God’s deeds of power in your life.   Your right choices to do God’s will for the Kingdom and to witness to God’s marvelous deeds are all by the Spirit as Spirit transforms your personality, your goals, and your desires to be just like Jesus.

As Holy Spirit speaks within your soul, Spirit personally and uniquely, fully engaging with your heart, Spirit speaks your language(s) and speaks Truth.

Your Heavenly Father is powerful.  Heavenly Father is one with Jesus Resurrected and Spirit. When you are challenged or tempted by anyone or anything that would distance you from Christ you then shall call on the merciful and grace empowered Name of Jesus Christ and by the power of the Spirit then Jesus is amazingly swift; instantaneously responding.
