“Very truly, I tell you, you are looking for Me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate your fill of the loaves.  Do not work for the food that perishes, but for the Food that endures for eternal Life, which the Son of Man will give you.”  John 6:26-27

After the folks, who numbered over 15,000 people, had eaten until they could eat no more bread and fish, they found their stomachs satistifed.  For some of these folks, this was the first time in their lives when their bellies were completely full.  Then a large part of this group wanted to find Jesus again so they got into boats, rowing to the other side of the sea, noting that Jesus must have walked across the sea because they only find one boat on the other side, the disciples boat.

When they do find Jesus they ask for another sign, for they are yearning for more miracles and more food.  To have a fully satisfied hunger is a glorious experience!  Jesus knows what they are searching for as He says, “… My Father gives you the True Bread from Heaven.  For the Bread of God is that which comes down from heaven and gives Life to the world.”  vs. 32,33.

Jesus is Life giver, He is the Bread of Heaven, and He wants you to take.  Take all of your Savior, who satisfies now and forever.  What does Jesus want you to take from Him?  Life long loving relationship with Him.  He wants your loyalty in loving relationship with Him. Jesus completely satisfies.
